Yes. We supply, deliver and install acoustic office pods across London and nationwide across the UK. Each project is coordinated by our dealer partner, who liaises directly with you from first enquiry to handover, and our own fitting team carries out the installation. We're always happy to answer any questions along the way.
How much does an office pod cost?
Prices range from budget phone booths like the Maxi Phone Pod and the MusePod range to premium meeting pods from Bubliing and HushFree. Every quote includes delivery, installation, site survey, waste removal and aftercare. Send us the quantity and delivery address for the most accurate price.
How long does it take to get an office pod?
Most pods are delivered and installed in 6–12 weeks, depending on the range. The Maxi Phone Pod can ship in under a week when it's in stock.
How much noise does an office pod block?
Our pods reduce speech by 28–30.3dB, tested to ISO 23351-1. At around 30dB, a normal speaking voice inside the pod drops below the background level of the office one metre away. This is the average noise reduction and does vary depending on the frequency of noise. Pods can reduce noise up to 45dB. Our team are acoustic experts, so please do contact them with any questions.
Do office pods need planning permission or building work?
No building work is needed: pods are free-standing and bolted together, not built in, so they can be moved or taken with you. Our pods are available with sprinkler, alarm or fire suppression systems upon request. We will create the cut outs in the roof for the devices and then a specialist fire safety team will need to be on site to fit the devices.
Can I see the pods before I buy?
Yes. Visit our Clerkenwell showroom, Monday to Thursday 9.30 to 17.30 and Friday 9.30 to 16.30, to sit in the pods, close the door and hear the difference. Our schedule is very busy so please fill out the contact us form and book a visit. By Appointment Only.
Can I buy office pods directly from Silent Collective?
We supply through furniture dealers. When you enquire, we'll put you in touch with a trusted dealer we work with — or, if you already have a dealer or fit-out contractor you'd like to use, we'll work through them. Either way, we handle the advice, showroom visit, survey and install.
